For breads, this process can be completed from 12-72 hours once mixed.
For bagels, this process needs to be completed within 8 hours of mixing dough.
For cookies, this process need to be completed within 24 hours of mixing dough.
For cinnamon rolls, this process needs to be completed within 12 hours of mixing dough.
